The hotel's location is close to New Delhi central train station and easily accessible from Delhi airport. The rooms are clean and tidy, with modern bathrooms and air conditioning. The helpful staff are quick to assist and the hotel offers a good complimentary breakfast.

Great central location close to public transportation and shopping areas. Free shuttle service to nearby tourist spots is a valuable bonus. Comfortable and clean rooms with excellent air conditioning that provided a great relief from the summer heat.

The hotel staff was pushy in trying to sell tour packages. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often disconnected unexpectedly.

Spent Christmas with my family at a hotel in Delhi. The rooms were very clean and comfortable - we had everything we needed. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful, they gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions nearby. The location was perfect, we were able to easily walk to shopping areas and public transportation. The restaurant on the top floor had delicious food with a great view of the city.

That the hotel shuttle service was not always reliable and we had to rely on public transportation more than we would have liked.
